Youth Recovery Clinic
The Division of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry is offering clinical services for youth struggling with substance and behavioral addictions. Video game addictions are among the many behavioral addictions treated at the clinic. The Youth Recovery Clinic, offered through Stanford Medicine Children’s Health, is designed to help with the treatment needs of individuals up to age 25 who suffer from both addictions and co-occurring psychiatric disorders. Individuals suffering from both a substance use disorder and a mental health disorder are identified as having a “dual diagnosis.”
