On January 6, 2025, Stanford Medicine Children’s Health is changing all patients with MyChart accounts to paperless billing. This means that if you are enrolled in MyChart and are the person who pays the bill, you will no longer receive a paper bill in the mail. We believe that this change is better for the environment, more secure, and will make it easier to review bills.
We will let you know through the mobile app and email in your MyChart account when new bills are available for you to see. You will also be able to choose to continue receiving paper bills if that is what you would like.

For your convenience, you can make a payment on a bill without logging into MyChart or having a MyChart account.
