For Referring Physicians

We are excited to partner with you in providing the very best care for your pediatric patient. We strive to widen the circle of expertise when it comes to treating both simple and complex gastroenterology, hepatology, and nutrition conditions. Since many of our patients travel to us from around the western United States, we rely on building collaborative relationships with referring physicians who become a part of our team to provide ongoing holistic care. We welcome your partnership and patient referrals.

To refer a patient in the United States, please call (800) 995-5724 and select option 2.

We will ask you to complete a patient referral form and send it to us with insurance information and relevant clinical documents.

Phone consultations for referring physicians

As part of our dedication to pediatricians, gastroenterologists, and hepatologists in the community, we welcome the chance to consult with you and answer questions about a patient’s condition and care!

A gastroenterology attending physician (2GUTS) and a separate hepatology attending physician (2BILE) are available every weekday for immediate consultation for general GI or liver questions, respectively, or for an urgent referral. Please call our Referral Center at (800) 995-5724, Monday through Friday during business hours, and select option 1. We look forward to partnering with you in the care of your patient.
